Both painter and sculptor, Mist is an artist for whom polymorphic techniques and mediums are no stranger.
He gets his energy out of the graphic codes of graffiti which he began to practice in 1988 in Paris, and which he continued to spray in the four corners of the world. He is one of the few artists who works in large volumes.
Moreover, he is a pioneer of the phenomenon of designer toys. These little vinyl sculptures are being produced in stacks of 100 to 1000 pieces and sold as collectables in toy stores.
The art critics place him amongst the top 5 in this art form next to artists like Kaws and Futura. Currently, MIST devotes all his time to his creations in his studio in Montpellier where he lives.
